Dr. Mike returns to Boston for the first time to visit her ailing mother and she brings the three kids with her. Little does she know that the trip will turn out to be about much more than her ailing mother! Just as she and William are spending more and more time together, Sully makes the long journey to Boston after he realizes that he loves Michaela.
